New 21ft x 8ft Anti Vandal Office Unit.
Here we have for sale a New Steel Anti Vandal Office unit c/w a steel Kirncroft Door (2065mm x 1910mm) with 10 point locking (6 keys) and Kirncroft double leaf steel shutters on the unit to protect the windows, which are operated from within the unit.
These can be ordered as a Flat-sided unit or Corrugated external finish just depending on your preference.
This particular unit comes with 1no Personnel Door and 2no Windows c/w steel shutters.
The main exterior of the unit itself is made from 1.6mm steel to the walls and roof structure, 3mm corner pillars, rolled steel channel rails, steel bearers at 405mm centres under the 15mm timber ply floor. Pre-formed corner castings on all upper corner pillars with 25mm thick base footplates under each corner.
Internally the unit is insulated with 50mm dry-therm insulation to the ceiling and wall cavities which are then overlaid with a white and mottled grey pre-finished EGB2006 wall panel (or just white if preferred). All corners and skirtings are covered with white plastic trim.
The floor is covered with a mid grey coloured 1.5mm polyflor vinyl floor covering as standard.
The actual window’s are a sliding aluminium framed double glazed unit which is 915mm x 915mm in size.
Electrical installation is to the 17th edition and all comes with a test certificate which includes 2no 5ft strip light, 2no 13 amp double electric socket, 1no 2k/w wall mounted convector heater.
The unit is painted a single colour of paint from the BS4800 or RAL colour charts, which is a Zinfoss 800 specification type paint.
