\nModCon Cabin Trader is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy just about anything in a variety of pricing formats and locations.

\n\nModCon Cabin Trader may have possession of products listed or sold through ModCon Cabin Trader, but is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers generally apart from their own listed items. The contract for the sale is directly between buyer and seller. ModCon Cabin Trader is not a traditional auctioneer.

\n\nWhile we may provide pricing, postage, listing and other guidance in our Services, such guidance is solely informational and you may decide to follow it or not. ModCon Cabin Trader does not review users\u2019 listings or content. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, ModCon Cabin trader has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users\u2019 content, listings or feedback; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

\nIf you are registering with ModCon Cabin Trader as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity.
